Dermasporin is a lanolin-based OTC skin protectant ointment designed to help temporarily protect minor cuts, scrapes, burns, and irritated skin.

Its HydroilShield™ barrier system forms a protective layer over the skin to help reduce exposure to friction and moisture while maintaining a protective environment over affected skin.

Unlike traditional triple-antibiotic ointments, Dermasporin is formulated without neomycin. It is also petrolatum-free and combines its skin-protectant base with moisturizing oils, butters, waxes, and botanical ingredients.
